Through the YMCA Youth Sports Program, kids learn the skills they need to achieve. They learn teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, they make new friends and, most importantly, they have fun! Youth Sports classes have rolling admission on a month-to-month basis. Program participants can sign up by the month or register for multiple months at the same time. Registration can be done at our Membership desk or online.
As for us at the Y, our sports staff, coaches and volunteers all share a singular vision of helping all youth reach their full potential in life. We leverage the excitement and passion around recreational programming to create a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, develop a sense of team and connect with positive role models.

Private Basketball Lessons
Feel like your child needs that extra push? There are many benefits to having one-on-one time with a YMCA basketball instructor. We offer private basketball lessons for students starting at age 3 and up, including teens and adults. We also offer semi-private classes for students who are at a similar level.
Tot-Movement
The Toddler Movement (or Tot-Movement, for short) Program is designed to help toddlers develop their motor skills, coordination, and physical fitness through age-appropriate activities. The primary goal of the Tot-Movement program is to support the natural development of gross and fine motor skills, enhance balance and coordination, and promote physical health in a fun, engaging, way.
