Strength & Flexibility is a class for people of all ages. It’s a total body workout with a focus on strengthening the core and limbs while amplifying the body's movement through stretch, improving overall balance, posture, muscle tone and mobility.

 

Breath, Stretch and Strengthen

 

The benefits of deep breathing and stretching exercises are too great to miss out on. Your performance in the gym and recovery time, as well as overall mental health, can improve greatly by adding this class to your workout/gym routine.

 

 

 

Zumba

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. ZUMBA Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Zumba / Body Sculpt

The high octane, Latin-inspired dance rhythms of a zumba class combined with the benefits of metabolism-boosting strength training provide a complete, fun and effective work out. Shake your stuff for half of the class to Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, hip-hop and more, then finish up the second half with weights.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is an aerobic dance routine that is for anyone, any ability level, and any age. This program is designed for participants with very little exercise experience, participants that are physically limited, or inactive older adults. The moves have been carefully designed to be easy to follow by individuals of any size or age.

 

 

Yoga

Yoga builds muscle, improves flexibility and fends off injury. This class is designed to strengthen and stretch the muscles around joints to keep your body in optimal condition. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and be prepared to sweat! All levels of athletic ability welcome.

Glide Fit

Standup paddling is a great way to improve your fitness while also exploring our beautiful natural environment. It works for us, but some folks prefer a more controlled environment to get their fitness on.  

 

Spinning

45 minute low impact, cardiovascular outdoor cycling classes- the ultimate calories killer. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat! All Levels Welcome!

 

Personal Training
